Welcome to Heart & Soul Events Planning LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our services, website, or making a booking, you (“client,” “customer,” or “user”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide event planning, decorating, and equipment rental services. All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel services at our discretion.

2. Financial Transactions

  • Payment terms will be detailed in your contract or invoice.
     
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure event dates.
     
  • Final payment is due [X] days before the event date.
     
  • We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
     

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions due to third-party vendors, website downtime, or misinformation.
     
  • We are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses during events unless directly caused by our negligence.
     

5. Copyright & Content Use

  • All materials (images, designs, templates, text) provided by us are our intellectual property.
     
  • No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is allowed without written permission.
     
  • You may not modify or claim ownership of our content.
     

6. Client Conduct

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Refrain from unlawful behavior, harassment, hate speech, or abuse of any kind.
     
  • Avoid submitting false or misleading information.
     
  • Not use our platform for spam, scams, or unauthorized promotions.
     

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate client relationships that violate these terms.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
     
  • We may suspend or delete accounts for violations of our terms.
     

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

At Heart & Soul Events Planning LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or rental, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Terms of Return

  • Returns or refund requests must be made within 7 days of your event or purchase date.
     
  • After 7 days, we may be unable to process returns or refunds.
     

2. State of Return

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
     
  • Equipment rentals must be returned clean and in working condition, with all original parts and packaging.
     
  • Any signs of excessive wear, damage, or loss of parts may result in partial or no refund.
     

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Received the wrong item or equipment.
     
  • Item was damaged upon delivery or pickup.
     
  • Service was not delivered as agreed in the signed contract.
     

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of your event/purchase.
     
  2. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return.
     
  3. We may request photos or further details, depending on the situation.
     
  4. Approved returns must be dropped off or picked up by our team (based on your original agreement).
     

5. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
     
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
     
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.
     
  • Non-refundable items/services: deposits, custom decor, personalized items, and services already rendered.
