1. General Terms
Welcome to Heart and Soul Event Rental LLC! By booking with us, you agree to the following rental policies. Please review them carefully before making your reservation.
2. Reservations and Payment
- Booking: All rental reservations must be made through our site. After booking, you will receive a PayPal invoice via email to submit your deposit.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of booking to secure your rental.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery Fees: Additional fees may apply for same-day deliveries or rush orders.
- Setup and Breakdown: Basic setup and breakdown of rental items are included in the total price.
- Pickup: Rental items will be picked up on the day of or the day after your event, depending on the rental duration requested. Please ensure all items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
4. Late Returns
- Late Fees: Late returns will incur additional fees. A late fee of 25% of the daily rental rate will be charged for each day the items are overdue.
5. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the care of all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage or loss will be charged at full replacement cost.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required for certain items. This deposit will be refunded after items are inspected and returned in good condition.
- Cleaning: All items must be returned clean and in good condition. A cleaning fee will be charged for items returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
6. Weather Policy
- Outdoor Events: Customers are responsible for ensuring rental items are protected from inclement weather. Heart and Soul Event Rental LLC is not liable for any weather-related damage.
- Cancellations Due to Weather: If you need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
7. Liability
- Insurance: Heart and Soul Event Rental LLC carries insurance on all rental items.
- Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Heart and Soul Event Rental LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of our rental items.
